Telehealth Geographical Eligibility
Patient eligible areas are outside of RA1 – Major Cities, as determined by the Australian Standard Geographical Classification Remoteness Area (ASGR-RA) classifications.
Patients exempt from geographical requirements are:
- Residents of eligible Aged Care Facilities.
- Patients of eligible Aboriginal Medical Services.
- Eligible Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Services.
Specialists are able to provide video consultations form anywhere in Australia.
